Erin Winter holds an MS in Computer Science from the UW-Madison and an MSLS from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has worked as a software engineer in applied machine learning, research assistant on digital humanities projects, and lab assistant supporting ArcGIS and Python. She consults with students and faculty on research data management, data manipulation and cleaning in Python, Excel, or OpenRefine, version control, and project management for computational research.
