Allyson Rodriguez (she/her) has worked in libraries for almost 10 years in professional and paraprofessional roles doing everything from circulation, story time, copy cataloging, instruction, electronic resources acquisitions, and, most recently, collection development. She has worked in an Air Force Base library, community college library, and a university library. 

Her research interests include vendor relations, negotiating, and leadership and management skills. When at home, Allyson enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex, her children, Hector (5) and Naomi (2), and their 2 dogs, Spartacus the miniature long-haired dachshund, and Elsie, the golden retriever.
