Employees in the Access Services Department enhance access to UO Libraries resources, facilities, and services. We work at the Knight, OIMB, Math, Design, and Science Libraries and are responsible for opening and closing the libraries, assisting patrons with locating and accessing library resources and services, obtaining material from other libraries that isn’t available at UO, providing face to face service at primary help desks, and stewarding the libraries’ general collections, study rooms, and public computing technologies.
