Lori received her Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of California at Berkeley. She also holds a Master of Arts in Translation and Interpretation from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Foreign Literature from Lewis and Clark College. She is interested in standards development and training for descriptive and subject cataloging. She has presented frequently on RDA, LCSH, and other cataloging topics to both specialized and general audiences.
