Every term we offer workshops on R, Python, and Dedoose. In addition, many terms we offer courses on organizing your research (data management), git/GitHub, Excel, SQL, Tableau, ArcGIS, qGIS, and related topics.
You can explore descriptions of all workshops currently offered in the library here. If a workshop you are interested in is not being offered, you can email DataServices@uoregon.edu to arrange a custom workshop or demonstration of tools and resources for your class, journal club, student group, research group, or department.

- The Tutoring and Academic Engagement Center regularly offers workshops on study skills targeted at undergraduate students.
- Research Compliance Services and OVPRI offer consultations and workshops on the responsible and ethical conduct of research.
- The Research and Innovation Services office of Research Development Services offers workshops and consulting to support researchers develop grant proposals.
Data Services trainings on data acquisition, management, DMPs for grants, sharing, and ownership can be integrated with research ethics and research methods seminars, or as stand-alone sessions.
