The lower level of UO Portland Library & Learning Commons is a designated Quiet Study Area open to students, staff, faculty and visitors during regular library hours. This floor includes individual study stations, reading nooks and study tables. Visit the library service desk for wheelchair access via the Skidmore lobby elevator.
