As part of the Lending Services department, Sammi provides information and assistance to faculty, staff, students and community users, as well as playing a role in the training and supervision of student assistants. Sammi also helps set the availability of and assists in the booking of Knight Library classrooms and reservable study rooms. Processes rush requests and holds on newly-acquired items.
