Student Assistant Job Openings
in the UO Libraries

The UO Libraries hire student assistants throughout the year. As part of the Library Administration Office, Library Human Resources coordinates hiring for all UO libraries and the Center for Media and Educational Technologies. Branches include: Knight (main library), Law Library, Design Library, and Science Library (including Math Library).

To find out the latest information on departmental hiring, come in person to Library Human Resources in the Library Administration Office, room 115B, Knight Library, and fill out an application. You may submit your application and resume electronically if you are not on campus or will not be on campus before the start of Fall Term. Please note that the majority of hiring is done several weeks before Fall Term begins.

Positions vary in assignment throughout the UO Libraries, as well as in pay range. Occasionally, special recruitments are conducted if specific skills are required, such as foreign languages or information technology skills. For more information about student jobs on campus, check here.
