Reference & Use Requests for Special Collections & University Archives
Special Collections and University Archives will be CLOSED to the public July 1 through July 23.
Due to the facilities project, we will not be able to fill any duplication requests for the first three weeks of July, July 3-21. The inability to fill requests could extend to a fourth week, i.e. through July 30.
Please use this form to ask questions about our services or about the collections we have. The form ensures we get all the information we need, helps us monitor response time, and allows us to direct queries to the person best able to answer them.
- Required Information:
- This form requires valid contact information, including a U.S. Mail address. This required information is based on our extensive reference experience and our desire to give you the answer you need, even if it's not quite the question you had asked. In no case will your personal information be made available to anyone else or used for any purpose other than answering your query.
- Response Time:
- We are generally able to answer email reference questions sooner than our advertised, two-week turnaround. If your email involves an upcoming research visit, please call the Paulson Reading Room desk at 541-346-3068.
- Research Limits:
- Research assistance is limited to 30 minutes. For more extended research assistance, we recommend hiring a freelance researcher. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.
