Between July 2016 and November 2017, Special Collections and University Archives will be replacing our HVAC and fire suppression systems. Replacement of these critical systems is critical to insure that our materials are preserved in the best condition possible for many years to come. In general, this will not affect public services hours. Retrieving materials for your use will take longer than usual. Please contact us well before planning a research trip so that we can determine if the materials of interest are accessible and, if so, so that we can retrieve them ahead of your arrival.
Between November 7 and 15, Special Collections and University Archives will bring our facilities project to a close. This means we will be moving some collections currently held offsite back to their original location. Special Collections and University Archives will remain open during the move (see calendar for hours). However, we will not be able to retrieve materials from returning collecitons for several days. We are happy to pull and place materials on hold if requests are received before November 3. To make such a request, please contact us at email@example.com.
