The quiet area in the Science Library is intended for silent reading and work. The ceiling and three walls are designed to muffle sound; the fourth side is open to the library stacks. There are tables and chairs, and some soft seating. This room is not appropriate for group work.
Until campus mask policy changes, face coverings must remain in place in this space.
