NOTICE: The UO is currently transferring responsibility for records management oversight, policy, and training from the Libraries to the Office of the Vice President/General Counsel. While the transition is underway, UO offices should submit records management questions directly to the Records Manager, Mahnaz Ghaznavi, via e-mail to recordsmgr@uoregon.edu. We anticipate the transition to be completed by Spring 2017.

Records Management (RM) Training & Assistance

We provide training and assistance on a range of topics relevant to records and information management. Some examples include: records retention requirements, records filing techniques, file-naming conventions and file plans, email management, implementing recordkeeping requirements in information system architecture.
