UO Portland Library Group Study Room
CLASSROOM & STUDY SPACES
The UO Portland Library and Learning Commons offers two reservable study rooms available for UO and limited non-UO used on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a group study and classroom located on the ground floor of the Library, and a smaller study room on the second floor. These rooms are available via bookings handled through our automated room reservation system, LibCal.
Room Use Policy
Priority use of the study rooms is for University of Oregon students, instructors, and academic support providers. In order to preserve flexibility for student use, these rooms are not generally available for regularly scheduled meetings of term-length courses.
Advance room requests may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, for approval by Library staff. Individual students and student groups may use these rooms for drop-in study by asking at the library reference desk, where this does not conflict with scheduled uses. Other groups must schedule the rooms in advance. There is no drop-in use for non-academic or non-UO users. These rooms are available via bookings handled through our automated room reservation system, LibCal.
