McKenzie Lab Reservation Request - Non-University Groups

The McKenzie Computer Lab may be reserved for instructional activities and training by non-university groups for a fee.  Availability for non-university groups is limited and decided on a case-by-case basis.  The charge for use of the McKenzie Lab by non-university groups is $100-200 per hour, up to a daily maximum of $500.   Exact charge is determined by complexity of setup and staff time required.

Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the event dates.
You can expect to receive an email confirmation and estimate of charges within one week of placing the request.  Please note that the booking is not confirmed until all details and costs have been finalized.
