McKenzie Lab Reservation Request - Non-University Groups

The McKenzie Computer Lab may be reserved for instructional activities and training by non-university groups for a fee.  Availability for non-university groups is limited and decided on a case-by-case basis.  The charge for use of the McKenzie Lab by non-university groups is $100-200 per hour, up to a daily maximum of $500.   Exact charge is determined by complexity of setup and staff time required.

Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the event dates.
You can expect to receive an email confirmation and estimate of charges within one week of placing the request.  Please note that the booking is not confirmed until all details and costs have been finalized.

The McKenzie Lab classroom has 21 workstations for participants and one instructor's workstation. The open lab has 21 workstations.

Software currently installed -

If other software is checked, provide the name of the software(s) and URLs describing software and its requirements. Event sponsor is responsible for any software licensing fees. Software installations is charge at $75/hour with a three hour minimum. Software must be received at least ten (10) business days prior to the event.
