The data services team provides statistics, programming, and data lifecycle support for faculty, students, and staff. Learn more and make an appointment here.

Help desk drop-in hours are Monday to Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m in Knight Library during the term. Our desk is on the ground floor of Knight Library inside the DREAM Lab. Finals, breaks, and summer term are by appointment only. Questions? Email DataServices@uoregon.edu.

Meet our Consultants

Cameron Mulder - Statistical Consultant 

Cameron Mulder consults with students, faculty, and researchers on statistical methods, survey design, and data analysis. He earned his MS in Economics from Portland State University and has a BS in Political Science and Economics from Oregon State University. He has worked on a wide range of research projects during his time as an Adjunct Research Associate with the Survey Research Lab and Regional Research Institute at Portland State University. Gabriele Hayden - Research Data Management Librarian

Gabriele Hayden consults with students, faculty, and researchers on managing research data, cleaning data in R, Python, Excel or OpenRefine, writing Data Management Plans, and archiving data. She holds a PhD from Yale and a BA from Reed in English Lit. Learn more about Gabriele Hayden.

Erin Winter - Research Data Management Librarian

Erin Winter consults with students and faculty on research data management, data manipulation and cleaning in Python, Excel, or OpenRefine, version control, entry-level ArcGIS, relational databases, and project management for computational research. She holds an MS in Computer Science from the UW-Madison and an MSLS from UNC-Chapel Hill. Learn more about Erin Winter.
