Records Management Services

Records Management services provided by the UO Libraries include consultation and assistance with management of non-permanent university records in all formats (paper, electronic, audio/video, etc.), including long-term storage for inactive records. University offices and departments that require access to their stored records must follow these established procedures for retrieving records. Researchers seeking access to non-permanent university records must contact the office of record directly or contact the UO Office of Public Records.
