 What is the Technology Help Desk?

The Technology Help Desk, 1st floor, Knight Library provides patron assistance in accessing and using Library computing resources.  Included is assistance with using PCs and Macs, printing, wireless printing, scanning, software loaded on Library computers, Canvas assistance for students, and password recovery.

Summer Term Hours 

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Between Terms (Intersession)
