Study Rooms - John E Jaqua Law Library
The John E. Jaqua Law Library provides 20 rooms to be used for collaboration, study and research sessions by law students and faculty. Room keys may be checked out at the Checkout/Reserves/Information desk. Study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Rooms are renewable subject to availability.
The Library is not responsible for personal items left in the rooms. Please do not leave your belongings unattended in study spaces.
Law faculty may reserve rooms for instructional use. Please direct booking requests to Angus Nesbit
Large group study rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Law Library may be checked out by law students for 2 hours. Rooms are renewable subject to availability.
Individual study rooms on the 4th floor may be checked out by law students for 4 hours. Rooms are renewable subject to availability.
Law study room 230B offers a whiteboard and VHS player. Study rooms 230A, 230C, 230D, 230E, 360A, 360B, and 360C each offer a whiteboard, iMac with 24" monitor and 30" flat panel monitor with video camera, DVD/CD playback and recording options.
Study room fines accrue at $4.00 for any part of the first hour overdue, and $1.50 per hour for any part of each hour after the first, up to a $40 maximum. Lost key charge is $70.
