Reserve a Room | Study Rooms | Presentation Practice | Classroom 103 | Faculty/Student Study

group study roomAll rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis unless there is a previous reservation.

Study rooms (114, 115, and 116)

  • Usage policies
    • Acceptable use of rooms: discussion, study groups, research, or video viewing related to UO classes.
    • Prohibited use: UO credit classes; commercial use (for example, fee-based tutoring); organizational meetings.
  • Reservation policies
    • Reservations are limited to a 2-hour timespan.
    • Each person can only reserve the room for up to 4 hours a week.
    • Requests need to be made 24 hours in advance.
    • If you are not in the room within 10 minutes of your requested start time, your reservation will be forfeited.
  • A sign will be posted outside the room each morning at 10am listing the day's reservations.
  • Individual users may be asked to leave if a room is needed by groups of two or more.
  • Use our online reservation system (LibCal) to reserve a room.

Practice Presentation room (113)

Faculty/Student Study (room M104)

Room has 3 computers, and round table with 4 chairs. Print to the multipurpose machine in the Library Commons. Restricted to faculty, staff, Teaching Assistants, and GTF usage from 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Available to students after 5:30pm and on weekends (no reservations allowed).

    • Acceptable use of rooms: class preparation/meeting with students/other faculty needs and discussion/group study/research/video viewing sessions for specific UO credit classes. Discussion, study groups, research, or video viewing related to UO classes.
    • Prohibited use: UO credit classes; commercial use (for example, fee-based tutoring); organizational meetings.

Classroom 103

Room has Creston panel, projector, second digital display, document camera, whiteboard, and chalkboard.

  • Usage policies
    • Acceptable use of rooms: academic presentations, library workshops, and presentation practice/discussion/group study/research/video viewing sessions for specific UO credit classes.
    • Prohibited use: UO credit classes; commercial use (for example, fee-based tutoring); organizational meetings.
  • Reservation policies
  • A sign will be posted outside the room each morning at 10am listing the day's reservations.

The Library is not responsible for personal items left in the rooms.  Please do not leave your belongings unattended in unlocked study spaces. Found items are taken to the Housing Service Center.

Please leave rooms in good order and put them back the way that you found it.
