Learn how to use images effectively for your teaching.

We can teach you how to optimize your images using simple graphics editing tools and show you how to put them in your presentations or web pages. Learn about good graphic design principles, techniques, and file formats that are specific to your particular media output, such as a web site or color printer.

Image Scanning

We can help you digitize printed images using our Windows and Macintosh flatbed scanners. Bring in your photographs and learn how to scan effectively. We'll teach you what the appropriate size and file types are for your project. Check this link out for OCR text scanning and other helpful scanning tips. It is helpful to know the differences between vectors and bitmaps when working with digital images.
