Library Undergraduate Student Advisory Board

Am I eligibile?
All undergraduate UO students are eligible to serve on the board. Board members must be enrolled at UO during the 2017-2018 academic year.
What is the time commitment?
About 15 hours per academic year, including two Student Advisory Board meetings plus work on specific projects. Meetings typically are early evening.
Will I get paid?
Yes, this job pays students $15 per hour, up to 15 hours per year.
What will I do?
- Provide insights about students’ academic needs and use of the library.
- Share your ideas for promoting library services and events.
- Give us feedback for improving library programs, services, and spaces.
How will this help me after college?
You get some focused work experience influencing the design of library programs and services.
When will I learn if I have been selected to serve?
Applicants will hear back from us in May, 2017.
