 What is the Computer Help Desk?

The Computer Help Desk, 1st floor, Knight Library provides patron assistance in accessing and using Library computing resources.  Included is assistance with using PCs and Macs, printing, wireless printing, scanning, software loaded on Library computers, Blackboard assistance for students, and password recovery.

The Laptop Checkout Service in the Knight Library ended effective June 12, 2009. The UO Libraries will continue to offer a laptop checkout service in the Science Library located in Onyx Bridge.
