How do I change my email address?

Blackboard always uses your official UO email address (e.g. jdoe@uoregon.edu) whenever the professor sends email to the class.

Email to that address normally goes to a mailbox at UO Information Services that you can read using webmail or your favorite email reader.

If you prefer to read email at a different address, perhaps your gmail or hotmail account, you can set up mail forwarding so that your mail is relayed to that mailbox.
