How do I set up a wiki?

Wikis are a collaborative type of web page that allow many people to update and link to new content and create subpages.  In Blackboard, wikis serve as a way to let both students and instructors work and post collaboratively, and it allows students to upload and post information and documents with more freedom than other Blackboard tools.  Wikis can be a great way to encourage and evaluate class participation, as you can have all students post and contribute.  Important to note is that Blackboard keeps a change log and preserves older versions of a wiki, so that you can see who made what changes and revert to an older version if necessary.
