The Revolutionary Film Screening and Panel Discussion Set for Friday, May 3

The revolutionary posterOn Friday, May 3, journalist Sidney Rittenberg and filmmakers Irv Drasnin, Lucy Ostrander, and Don Sellers will lead a panel discussion following screenings of the documentaries The Revolutionary and Fumiko Hayashida: The Woman Behind the Symbol.

The event will take place 180 PLC at 6 p.m. and is free and open to the public. For more information, call 541-346-1521.

The event is part of the Admiral David E. Jeremiah and Mrs. Connie Jeremiah Lecture Series. Cosponsors include the UO Libraries, Center for Asian and Pacific Studies, School of Journalism and Communication, Oregon Humanities Center,  College of Arts and Sciences, Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures, Cinema Studies, Judaic Studies, Asian Studies, Department of International Studies, and Chinese Flagship Program.
