UO Libraries Publishes Feminist Journal Ada

The UO Libraries is publisher of a new journal, Ada: A Journal of Gender, New Media, and Technology, which launched its inaugural issue recently. Ada is a feminist, multimodal, peer-reviewed journal that examines the intersections of gender, new media, and technology.

The twice-yearly journal is edited by Carol Stabile, professor of English and director of the Center for the Study of Women in Society at the UO. Karen Estlund, head of the Digital Scholarship Center at the UO Libraries, is a member of the advisory board and editorial board and assisted with design. The UO Libraries also provides publication and preservation support for Ada.
