Undergraduate Symposium Submissions Due April 25

The UO Undergraduate Symposium, cosponsored by the UO Libraries, celebrates the remarkable contributions UO undergraduates make to research and other creative work in a wide range of disciplines. The third annual symposium is scheduled for Thursday, May 16, 2013, and will serve as the centerpiece for the second annual University of Oregon “Celebrate Undergraduate Achievement Week” (May 13 through May 17), featuring a variety of events showcasing undergraduate accomplishments.

New Popular Reading Collection Launches with Reception on Wed., Apr. 17

Everyone is invited to a reception on Wednesday, April 17, celebrating the availability of the UO Libraries’ new Popular Reading Collection, a selection of “fun reading” titles available for a 3-week, nonrenewable loan period to UO students, faculty, and staff.

The reception will be held in the South Reading Room on the second floor of Knight Library from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
