Terry McQuilkin, Audio & Video Room Coordinator

Terry McQuilkin coordinates the daily operations at the Audio & Video Room (Douglass Room) service desk and maintains UO Libraries' collection of sound recordings. He also provides specialized music reference service and maintains most of UO Libraries' music-related web pages. He is a member of the Lending Services unit within the Access Services Department, and helps provide service at Knight Library's Checkout/Information Desk.

His hours during Fall, Winter and Spring terms:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10 am to 7 pm

Ann Shaffer, Music Librarian

Ann Shaffer is the music cataloger and music reference librarian at the University of Oregon.  She is responsible for collection development in the areas of music and dance, providing reference assistance in the Music Services area, and cataloging scores and sound recordings. She also serves as liaison to the School of Music and Dance.

Her hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.  For individual reference consultations, please contact her by telephone or email to make an appointment.
