This data is from Disk II of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Flood Insurance Program's Q3 Flood Data, updated September 1998. The Q3 Flood Data is created by scanning existing FIRM maps, however, not all of the data is digitized from the FIRM maps. This data is available on disc in the MAP Library at GB 1399.3 .N38 1998 disc 2.

The digital data from the Q3 disk is in three formats: DLG, ArcInfo .e00 and MapInfo. Each file has been zipped and includes metadata.
