What if the Book I Want Isn't Here?

Step 1:
Double check the UO Local Catalog by doing an Author or Title search.

Step 2:
Search UO WorldCat, which searches almost 3,000 libraries around the world. In UO WorldCat, you will see items available from "Summit Libraries" and "Worldcat Libraries."

• Items in Summit Libraries (Pacific Northwest) can be requested and arrive in 3-5 days.
• Items in WorldCat Libraries (worldwide) can be requested and arrive in 7-10 days

Step 3:
If you still can't find the book you need, but you have evidence that it exists (for example, you are looking for a specific title or edition of a book), submit a request using the UO Libraries' interlibrary loan form and we'll take care of the rest.
