Adobe PDF Presentations Help

PDF presentations can be created from Photoshop, Google docs, PowerPoint, Keynote and many other applications. The PDF format is nearly universal and requires only Adobe Reader to view.

 

Adobe Photoshop

  • Open all images you want to include in the presentation (jpegs are recommended)

  • Go to File > Automate > PDF Presentations

  • Click on the Add Open Files check box and choose Presentation under Output Options

  • Click and drag the filenames into the order you wish them to appear

  • Choose any Presentation Options and click Save

 

Google docs

  • Create a Presentation in Google docs (requires creation of a free Google account)

  • Go to File > Download As > PDF

 

Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Create a Presentation in PowerPoint

  • Go to the Microsoft Office Button > Save As > PDF or XPS

  • Click on the Options button in the lower right

  • Choose the options you want

 

Keynote

  • Create a presentation in Keynote

  • Go to File > Export > PDF

  • Click Export to save
