Illustration of man with moneybag, from New-York tribune. (New York [N.Y.]) 1866-1924, March 03, 1907, Page 27 The process of microfilm digitization is time- and labor-intensive, and requires the application of advanced proprietary technologies. More than $1.2 million has been raised to support the UO Libraries' newspaper digitization efforts. Although substantial, these funds will only begin to scratch the surface when it comes to making the wealth of historic newspaper content we have in Oregon available.
