Digital Collection Development

Digital Collection Development

The UO Libraries' Digital Collections are created to support the teaching

and research mission of the University of Oregon. The collections are

composed of unique digitized and born digital materials including

photographs, journal articles, sheet music, manuscripts, ephemera, and

more.

Digital Library Services

collaborates with faculty and students in the development and

preservation of digital collections that will facilitate research and/or

instruction.  We can advise you on all aspects of your digital

projects, including how to digitize your materials, digitization

specifications, and how to describe, organize and preserve your digital

content.  Projects can range in size, from publishing faculty and

student research in Scholars Bank,

the institutional repository, to developing large grant funded

collections for instruction or research.
