Office Visits Request Form

Consulting will accommodate faculty & GTFs who need training or technical support for a CRN course. This office visit service is designed to focus on "how to" software training. It complements in-office or in-classroom services from TEP, CMET, your department's own technology support staff, and other units on campus. If your needs are better met by one of those other units, we may refer you to them as appropriate.

Please fill out the following form and press the submit button. You will be contacted to schedule a precise time for the visit for on-campus locations only. We will try to schedule your office visit for within a week of your request.
