About Us

CMET Consulting provides educational technology assistance for instructors, second level troubleshooting of problems using blackboard, and planning for future course and learning management development at the UO.

CMET Consulting is a successor to the Center for Educational Technologies, which from fall 2004 through spring 2008 provided a range of services for UO instructors who wanted to make more effective use of technology in their teaching. Two portions of CET are now part of the library's "Center for Media and Educational Technologies." The interactive media group became part of CMET in May 2008, and SCIS Consulting was integrated into CMET in April 2009. These pages still include links to the consulting service.
