Collection Services exists to provide service to the users of the University of Oregon Libraries: primarily the faculty, students, and staff of the University. Any member of the department is happy to answer questions from the public about the Libraries' services, particularly digital collections, the online catalog, or the preservation of the Libraries' collections.

In addition to phone calls and emails (see the department's Home page for contact information), Collection Services also provides an online form for members of the public to submit queries or report problems in the catalog. This form will also be available shortly via a direct link from the online catalog.
