GRADUATE TEACHING FELLOWSHIPS
2013-2014:
- Scholarly Publishing Specialist (closes: May 10, 2013; any UO graduate student may apply)
- Research Data Management Assistant, Science Library (closes: May 10, 2013; any UO graduate student may apply)
The Library advertises positions in the Graduate School, the Office of Affirmative Action, the Multicultural Center, and the Graduate Teaching Fellows Federation each spring. Some assignments are renewable, pending satisfactory service and available funding. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in a graduate program for the upcoming term of appointment for a minimum of 9 graduate credit hours toward the degree throughout the term.
GTFs appointed at .20 FTE (8 hours per week) and above are exempt from payment of the instruction fee for up to 16 credit hours taken in any term to which the appointment applies. Salary depends on FTE and GTF level of employment (doctoral candidates may be appointed at higher levels, depending on prior experience).
